Withdrawal request

Use this function to tell Atelier Sera that you wish to withdraw from an identified contract. You will receive a timestamped receipt by email.

For eligible physical purchases, notify Atelier Sera within 14 days of receiving your goods. Read the physical product returns and withdrawal terms for return instructions. Product problems are handled separately from change-of-mind withdrawal.

For digital content supplied immediately, the statutory withdrawal right may have ended after valid express consent and acknowledgement. Submitting this form does not determine eligibility or automatically issue a refund. Mandatory rights for missing, faulty or non-conforming content remain unaffected.
