This Digital Art Licence applies to downloadable artwork and wallpaper products purchased from ATELIER SERA, unless a product page expressly states that a different licence applies.
1. The licence you receive
When you purchase an ATELIER SERA digital artwork, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied files for your own private, non-commercial purposes.
You do not acquire ownership of the artwork, copyright, trademark rights or any other intellectual-property rights in the artwork or ATELIER SERA brand.
2. What you may do
Under this licence, you may:
- use the artwork as wallpaper or a background on devices that you personally own or primarily use, including computers, tablets and phones;
- keep reasonable personal backup copies of the files;
- crop, resize or otherwise make minor technical adjustments solely to fit your own devices or screens;
- use the artwork across multiple personal devices without purchasing an additional copy for each device.
3. What you may not do
You may not, without prior written permission from ATELIER SERA:
- share, distribute, upload, transfer or make the original or modified files available to another person;
- publish the files online in a form that allows or facilitates downloading or extraction;
- resell, sublicense, rent, lend or otherwise commercially distribute the files;
- include the artwork in another wallpaper pack, digital-asset pack, template library, stock library, subscription, download collection or competing product;
- use the artwork as part of a product offered for sale, including prints, posters, apparel, merchandise, packaging, websites, apps, advertisements or other commercial materials;
- use the artwork as branding, a logo or a trademark;
- claim that you created the artwork or remove ownership/attribution information for the purpose of misrepresenting authorship;
- use the artwork to train, fine-tune or build a dataset for an AI or machine-learning model where the artwork itself is intentionally supplied as training/reference data for that purpose;
- use the files in a way that infringes law or the rights of another person.
4. Personal modifications
You may make private technical or aesthetic adjustments for your own wallpaper use, such as cropping, changing dimensions or making minor colour/display adjustments.
A modified version remains subject to this licence. Modification does not give you ownership of the underlying artwork and does not allow you to distribute or commercialise the modified version.
5. Sharing screenshots and photographs
You may share ordinary screenshots or photographs that incidentally show an ATELIER SERA artwork in use on your personal device, desk setup, room or similar context, including on social media, provided the post does not distribute the usable source file or present the artwork itself as a downloadable asset.
This permission does not allow you to upload a clean, full-resolution reproduction intended to substitute for purchasing the artwork.
6. Commercial and organisational use
The standard licence is for personal use only. Use by a business, agency, publisher, venue, hotel, brand, organisation or other commercial entity is not included unless ATELIER SERA expressly grants a commercial licence in writing.

7. Ownership
ATELIER SERA and/or the applicable rights holder retains all rights not expressly granted under this licence.
The ATELIER SERA name, logos, wordmarks and other brand identifiers are not licensed by your purchase except to the limited extent they may appear incidentally in supplied material.
8. Licence breach
If you materially breach this licence, your permission to use the files may terminate to the extent permitted by law. Termination does not affect rights or remedies that arose before termination.
Where appropriate, ATELIER SERA may ask you to stop the unauthorised use, remove distributed copies or take other reasonable corrective action.
9. Statutory rights
This licence governs intellectual-property usage rights. It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have in relation to the purchase or quality of the digital content.

Practical interpretation
Yes: one purchase, all your personal devices; crop it for your phone; keep a backup; post a desk photo where the wallpaper is visible.
No: send the files to friends; upload them to Pinterest/Drive/Discord for download; resell them; put them in your own wallpaper pack; print and sell posters or shirts from them; use them in client work without a separate commercial licence.
